My System Has :

AMD FX 8320 at 4.2 Ghz

MSI Nvidia GTX 760

8 GB RAM

Corsair VS 650

ASRock Fatality 990FX Motherboard

1 TB HDD

Recently I changed the PhysX processor in Nvidia Control Panel to CPU and I get better performance like 10 FPS or more gain in Metro 2033 Redux in Ultra with Advanced PhysX turned on. My question is all over the internet people say setting it on CPU rather than on Auto which selects Graphics Card reduces FPS cuz CPU is not as fast as GPU for that. But why is my case different ? Thanks.

It's impossible what you just say. I tested myself & CPU bottlenecks badly comparing to GPU. If your fps in some scenes didn't drop, this means nothing. Here's good way to taste better:

Go where is your steam installed. There's folder Steam apps & there should be your game folder, something like this:

SteamApps\common\Metro Last Light

Go there & you'll see the file "MetroLLbenchmark"

Launch it with physx on & first launch it when physx is calculated by GPU & then secondly launch it when physx is calculated by CPU & you'll see big difference. Here's what result I get with my hardware:
