Deciding on a new mouse

Go to solution Solved by Verne,

Sensei has a pretty bad sensor if you are looking for the best. Rival is the one to go for in the SS camp. G402 is ok, G502 would be better.

http://geekhack.org/index.php?topic=56240.0 Check that out. Any mouse in the section 3 is an awesome one. Mionix Naos 7000 is not in that list but its the same as Avior 7000 but with a more ergonomic shape.

I'm looking at getting a new mouse, I've been using the Logitech MX 518 which seems to have only great reviews, but I've found it seems to have pretty bad acceleration, and with my small-medium hands and more fingertip/claw style grip it's not the most ideal.

I'd like something with a few extra buttons (maybe 3-5 other than L and R click and wheel click), NOT side clicks with the scroll wheel, I've always hated that :P good quality sensor, under $100 AUD and I'd like blue LEDs if possible :P

From what I've seen, the SteelSeries Sensei and the Logitech G402 look like potentially good possibilities, but without knowing anywhere to test them I'm basing things more on reviews.

What are your thoughts on these mice or are there better possibilities?

Thanks!
