Take your RAM out and put it back in and if that doesn't work try to get a better picture of your mother board so I can see all of the connections.

Yes it is connected, my main problem is that i get no beeps, no usb power, and only fans and led when i trun off the pc

Try it with one stick of RAM and try it in each slot. Repeat that with any other sticks you have. This rules out had RAM and bad RAM slots.

What do your CPU pins look like. Its the #1 mistake of new builder is to bend them

There are two power cords. 24 pin and 4/8 pin for CPU power

Pull it all parts out of the case and bench test it. The second mistake is not installing standoffs or putting them in the wrong place

I will check the pins in a bit, but i was reading that the z97m-g43 supports the pentium with an update or something like that, is that the problem?
