Hey guys decided to get a MX Red mech keyboard atm i have a TKL keyboard and i wana get one w a numpad. I have a very low amount of options w mx reds here in my place. basically only the Quickfire TK, K70  and K70 RGB(way too expensive though).

I have 200 euros of which I would like to use some of this money on something else in the future. I'm deciding between Quickfire TK w reds and K70 non RGB black w reds w red backlighting.

The TK is 92 euros, the K70 is 150 euros.

The question to pretty much decide it - I know the Quickfire TK has a numpad but its together w the arrow keys and other keys. Does it feel too cluttered? Should I just go w the K70's classic style of layout? The less money I spend the better.

Get the CM Storm quickfire ultimate then. Lots cheaper than the K70 and it's so good

This is why you should not get an FX CPU for ANY scenario other than rendering on a budget http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/286142-fx-8350-r9-290-psu-requirements/?p=3892901 http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/266481-an-issue-with-people-bashing-the-fx-cpus/?p=3620861

I have used Quickfire TK for almost two years now. I got used to the hybrid numpad&navigation fast myself. I use numpad a lot, too. I really like the board and style plus high build quality. My only gripe with it is the non-standard bottom row making it hard to get custom keycaps.

Doesn't feel cluttered, but if you use both extensively then I could see it getting annoying.

I usually stick it in arrow mode and leave it there, I only swap for specific things like MMOs and the few times I put long numbers in.

If I used both a lot, the constant switching could get annoying.
