I play. Just started again last weekend. It looks like they've really changed the drop rates so that you can actually find everything yourself, which unfortunately you now have to since all set and legendary items are bound to your account and untradeable. Just power your way to level 70 and then start MFing. Any item below level 70 is pretty bad compared to a level 70, even level 69 items pale in comparison.
