Hello

I have a system with these specs.

CPU: I5-4590

Motherboard: Z97-A (BIOS 1304)\

RAM Kingston HyperX DDR3-1866

GPU: ASUS DC2T R9 270X (Catalyast 13.12)

Mouse: Logitech G400 (LGS 840 64bit)

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1

I have a Logitech G35 headset (terrible I know, planning on replacing it soon) and I have DPC Latency spikes related to USBPORT.sys. I then installed the Intel USB3 drivers and that is now the intel driver has DPC problems.

I reinstalled Windows last night and didin't seem to have any problems until I started using my headset again. although I tested the headset with my moms HP laptop (AMD A6 something or other) and no DPC spikes related to USB.

I did some research online and one guy had the same problem but with a AMD board and the G930 headset, and replaced the motherboard and CPU with the ASRock Z97 Extreme6 and a 4770k (I think) and it was gone.

I will be doing more testing with the headset disconnected from USB.

Any help would be welcome before I replace my motherboard.

Thanks.
