Desk Build

I am new to building, i am going to upgrade my computer throughout the summer and plan to get these parts: 

 

1st will be a new GPU the Asus 660 ti DCUII (Would Really like 770)

 

Then Maximus Formula V or Sabertooth Z77 with a 3570k

 

An SSD or two (Should Probably get these before new Mobo and CPU)

 

Finally a Custom Water Loop

 

The things i already have include a 500GB WD Black Drive

Samsung 250 GB Notebook Drive (Took it from moms old Laptop)

Optical Drive

OS

Various fans

And a XFX Pro 850W Black Edition PSU (A little overkill fro what i have, but i only paid $120).

 

 

While upgrading this, i also wanted to make it into a desk build, and i do not have to pay for any wood due to most of it sitting in my garage from past renovations.

 

Any Suggestions on how the desk should look or on the parts I've picked?

Your motherboard choices are overkill.  At the very least, I'd go with an ASRock Extreme4.

no his motherboard ain't, but his hard drive is crap. Get a Seagate Barracuda 500GB, for crying out loud.
