Hey

G'day mates Im looking for some help I'm building a new computer and im basically brand new to it have had little experience and no knowledge of any of the parts, but I plan to do this as a hobby and would like some friendly advice.

First of all I have gone with the H110 for a CPU cooler and was wondering if push pull is worth it? If so how do I set it up I'm mainly confused on how the fans would be placed.

Second I'm using the very popular 760T case and was wondering if I should stick my rad in the front of the case or the top? I'm Likley to have it under a desk now but in the future it will be on carpet.

Good day to you too, Linus has videos to answer most of your questions, he has several build guide videos, and even a video of push pull config.

The build guide, you can just search for yourself, there are a whole lot, just watch the one you like best.

I like to mount rads in the top, and get clean fresh air from the front.

Do you have pets? or a significant other with a lot of hair that magically appears places in which you wish it didn't?

I've learned from my last rig and I have a filtered intake from the top and exhaust out the front, with all the rad's in pull (like the Linus video linked above). Having an intake in the front of my case (near the ground) caused a horror show of dust/cat hair that I had to clean every 3 months, and even then the poor front of that Coolermaster HAF was never the same

Counter intuitive as far as the "hot air rises" rule, but it's working great so far, and very minimal hair/dust accumulation, just make sure you have positive pressure in the case (more intake than exhaust flow).
