BadUsb Affected Hardware?

I was trying to figure out which manufacturers if any implemented code signing on their firmware so that they wouldn't be affected by the badusb vulnerability but I couldn't find anything about the firmware signing. Does anyone know which manufacturers are affected by this hack?
