Max safe Overclock

Hey guys, I am building my new PC, Here is the PCPartPicker Link - http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/QQsY23

 

I want to know how far I could overclock this Card on those specs, Also I don't want to be getting really risky, I don't want to risk frying my CPU. I am on a budget, so I can't really just buy a new one. Also for the time being I am going to be using the stock Heatsink and Fan.

 

The PC has 2 120mm fans, one at the front, one at the back, when I get the money I am going to change it but for now It will just stay like that.
 

I think I would be able to get atleast 4.0GHz maybe 4.2GHz.

 

( Also Please don't comment something like "Oh you should get this Motherboard it is only $30 more, I am on a budget)

can you even overclock on the b85 boards?

 

you should be able to get 4ghz on the chip fairly easily it is a duo core

Edit: it appears asus reversed that when the refresh came out nevermind.

Yes, ASUS released an unofficial patch for cheap overclocking on the pentium.
