PC Upgrade Plan

Hey guys, 

 

Pretty soon I'm going to pick up an asus 280x top edition. As well as this, in the near future I plan to get a 4690k. And as I'm buying the 4690k, I'll need a motherboard for it as well. Recommendations and tips would be helpful. This is all upgrading the Crapmaster of Crap PC Build, I have a full post for the build as well. So I mainly play heavily modded skyrim at 1080p, a bit of battfield.... And hopefully some newer titles as the come out soon (PLEASE GTA5).

 

 I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me choose a good and fairly cheap ($100-200 AUD) motherboard to go with the 4690k. I'm willing to push the budget a little further if it's worth it.

EDIT: Oh and ahh I'd prefer it if the motherboard came from Umart or MSY. I pretty much only buy from these to as I trust them and they are pretty cheap
