That the XMP profile the ram has to run at that speed requires more voltage (it's overclocked), and it doesn't follow the intel spec.

However the memory controller will tolerate the 1.65v no problem, so it won't matter really.

It is just a warning saying that it may not run at advertised speeds. There really is no problem though. The ram should still work fine

It just uses more power than intel specifies as the "recommended" voltage, though I doubt it will run at a reduced clock speed or voltage.
