Catalyst Control Center won't launch

Firstly, I apologise if this is in the wrong place, I could find anywhere I believe is more appropriate.
Shortly after the most recent CCC update I realised it wasn't loading. So after trying to manually launch it (as admin) and numerous other things I have failed to find a solution.

I have tried reinstalling it, I've tried rolling back to a previous version, and nothing appears to work.

I am using Windows 7, AMD FX 6300, R9 280X, Corsair Vengence 1600mHz 8GB, GA 970-Ds3p.

Any help would be appreciated.
