Looks great to me but you should get a Samsung 840 EVO 240GB SSD instead of that Kingston one

I would change the psu for starters.The NEX isn't the best.

 

You don't really need a H100i for an i5.

The Raijintek cooler will be a lot quieter than the H100i as well.
