How much wattage?

Specs (gonna buy once 970s are back in stock):

 

CPU: 5820K
Mobo: X99 UD5H wifi
GPU: G1 gaming gtx 970
CPU Cooler: CM 612 v2
Case: Enthoo Pro
RAM: Crucial 2133 cl15 16GB
PSU: I was thinking about a CM VS 650W
Additional Fans: Nanoxia 120m

mx100 and 1tb toshiba HDD

 

IMO i need about 550W or higher, what do you think?

 

Notes:

Will be OCing the 970

Will be OCing the 5820k (only to 4 - 4.2 ghz-ish though)

650W is more than enough... That's a pretty sweet build you have there...

 

I'd say around 550W is the absolute minimum that you'd want to have...

Overestimates honestly

No harm getting something more - especially when you OC

650 would be good, 750 might be overkill.

I'd get a good 750W one so that I could SLI in the future. 

If SLI isn't gonna be an option I'd get the 650W

Remember to be a good citizen and choose a 'best answer' when your problem has been resolved!

(that way people know when a problem's been resolved)
