Sound proof panel

Hello, I'm trying to buy a sound proof panel that can be attached easily to the wall.

It doesn't have to be "professional" grade, I just want it for house hold.

budget is $100 and I need to cover 4 doors.

Not sure the size of the door but I'm pretty sure house doors are pretty similar most of the time.

If there's no way of covering 4 doors with $100, than let me know how much it will be.
