Corsair Obsidian 350D - Best Silent Fans?

Hey, guys.

So, I should be putting together my first build in a week or so but, somewhat last minute, I've started to think about my fans.

As you should've put together from the title, my case is the 350D and I'm left a little unsure whether I should upgrade my fans or use the stock ones.

This mostly comes down to how audible the stock ones are and, if they are relatively loud, then what should I get instead as a replacement? I'm perfectly aware there is more to fans than how loud they are so I've left a link to my planned build as well for insight in what kind of performance is needed, if that makes any sense. Though, as I've stressed, noise is my biggest priority.

Thanks  :D

(Also, how quiet is the Hyper 212 evo? Or, at least, how quiet can it be, while still remaining functioning?)

My top pick would be Akasa Apaches, 140's in the front, 120's everywhere else. The 120's are really quiet, and the 140's are a few dB louder but should be quite tolerable.

Be Quiet! Silent Wings 2 would also work quite well, use the same idea as the Akasa's. 140 in the front, 120's elsewhere.

how much do you want to spend on the fans?

I would say get noiseblocker blacksilent pros, but they are expensive depending on where you live.

CPU: i7 3770k@ 4.6Ghz@ 1.23v - GPU: Palit GTX 660ti - MOBO: Asrock Extreme 4 - RAM: Corsair vengeance 8GB 1600Mhz - PSU: OCZ 650watt - STORAGE: 128Gb corsair force GT SSD/ 1TB seagate barracuda 7200rpm

                                                                                         COOLING: NH-U14s/ 3x Noiseblocker blacksilent pros/ Silverstone Air Penetrator/ 2 corsair AF120s
