what is the different?

The features like amount of Sata 3 ports, USB  3.0 headers etc and which CPU's it can support, be it out of the box or with a bios update

Looks pretty decent. What games are you planning on playing though?

B85 does not support G3258 out of the box I believe. I would get Z97 (it's not that expensive). What is the maximum budget?

Edit:

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z97manniversary this is a decent motherboard

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z97pcmate this is also a decent motherboard but the voltage is locked to 1.3V max

Every 1150 motherboard supports the G3258 out of the box. You just need to update the bios of some for overclocking.

Do note that the Gigabyte board's core voltage setting is capped at 1.2v.
