I was following the CRU app tutorial to increase the refresh of my monitor, and after resetting my PC I found a red "NO SUPPORTED MODE" with 2 values under it, one of them H said 90.6 KHz and the other one said V 64.6 Hz. This happened when my PC started to boot 8.1

Entered back W8.1 in Safe Mode and found in Screen Resolution that the Refresh Rate was 64hz, when before there were only 2 options, 60 or 75hz. Then i deleted the resolutions of CRU and deleted it too, hoping it would fix it, but it didnt.

Monitor going thru VGA and coming from a R9 280X with a DVI-I to VGA adaptor who works correctly

Could you help me?

If you can, try the other dvi port (if you have the cable and your monitor supports it) or some other port.  That should fix it. Also, it's not a good idea to OC your monitor when you're using an analog signal. Do it only with a dual link dvi cable or display port.

I've also tried to overclock my bl2411, and it wouldn't work (I was getting "out of range" message). Then I saw that my cable was not a dual link dvi(it has missing pins). So I had to plug it to my other DVI in order to boot into windows.  :)
