emulators for what like they said I can list a few I use on my phone  for different consoles and portables 

myboy: GBA

GBC AD:Gameboy colour 

n64: mupen64

ps one :PSX

it really depends how far you wanna go

 

you can run a virtual machine, just download android sdk

 

or if your feeling daring

 

an actual android os build to be installed on your pc like windows. check out http://www.android-x86.org/

 

i have run it a few times and works very well
