Recommendations for Editing Build

Greetings Community!

Following the success of my personal build, I've been asked by an acquaintance to build his new PC. All he wants is a PC that can edit simple let's play videos in more or less the same time as his old dying laptop (6GB RAM, i5 2430M @ 2.4GHz). His budget is around £300 and this is what I have so far (OS is already covered):

He has no interest in fancy graphics, he just wants to be able to see Sony Vegas on his screen, hence my choice of a CPU with an integrated GPU. I've gone for the G3258 as I hope to get a decent overclock on it, which I think is the only reason anyone purchases that processor.

My question simply is, are those the best component choices for this build?
