Which combination...

Evening fellow techtipians. Ive a delima. Im upgrading my FX machine (7870, 6300, 8GB, ASUS M5A78LM, Core 100, 600w, etc.) and I dont know which to go with. I need a new monitor, and I also am looking for a grafix boost. I render, edit, and play skyrim that is just a bit too modded... Which of these would be optimal? Also, would the 8320E make my motherboard go nuts (Its only got a 4pin CPU header, but the 6300 takes more power so...)?

The 970 seems just a little too much for a 6300/G3258, I'd go with the 8320 for a more balanced build, especially if you're going to be editing. 16GB of ram aren't necessary and you can always add them later if you feel the need.

 

also, the 8320 should work fine with your motherboard, just don't expect to be hitting 5GHz.
