It's a bidding, so most likely the seller start with low price, to attract bidders.

 

In the deadline, I think the seller got the choice to sell them or keep them, in the event that the expected price is not met at the end.

 

But yeah, looks real. Funny thing about the seller though, looking at his profile, he have only sold cheap stuffs, below 10 pounds. Perhaps he needed money, so he's looking to unload the HD700 fast? Dunno, too many unknown variables.

 

But ebay does got the money back guarantee policy. Just ask him if it's original or not. If he say that it's original, then you can claim the money back if it turns out it's not original. But I don't know, maybe ask others that have more experience on ebay. My transactions on ebay went well up to this day, so never filed any claims....
