Philips SHL5000 help

Good day LTT community! :D

 

So my friend gave me his old headphones today a Philips SHL5000.

The sound quality is quite satisfactory for me but since it's very old the ear cushions looks dirty (It's colored white)

I just wanted to ask if the cushions are removable and some tips for cleaning the cushions.
I already cleaned the outer part of the headphones with some tissue and alcohol.
