CM Storm Quickfire and Ducky are great and usually widely available. Just pick the the size and switch of your liking.

 

Do you have any more specific needs, such as lighting (and color), macro keys, etc.?

In your price tag I could happily recommend a Leopold FC500R. It's got good build quality, comes with whatever Cherry switches you want, and looks like a keyboard from the 90s

 

I'm just playing, but seriously, what kinda features are you looking for? One perk of buying Ducky is that you can pretty much have whatever switch/led colour you'd like, and I'm pretty sure they come in at under $150AU
