Then i wait some time 45 sec and it past then everything works normal agin.

If i'm in game it won't freeze but if i am in some program like internet with chrome it freeze.

What if you use FireFox?

Sounds to me that Chrome is stealing the mouse and keyboard inputs, like a game.

I've had the same problem sometimes and it's always been when I'm on chrome, it's not the mobo or graphics card as i'm on an asus board and amd graphics.

It hasn't happened in a while though :)

Sorry but this irk's me every time. "Something" doesn't have a "k" on the end, and neither is it pronounced that way. English 101 player! :P

Yeah.. something like this sounds like a memory problem. You may be getting errors in your memory modules which will render a system freeze/ crash.

I have also heard in some forums that people tend to experience freezes/ lock-ups with asrock motherboards.

    CPU: 3930k  @ stock                                  RAM: 32GB RipjawsZ @ 2133Mhz       Cooling: Custom Loop
MOBO: AsRock x79 Extreme9                      SSD: 240GB Vertex 3 (OS)                     Case: HAF XB                     LG 34um95 + Ergotron MX Arm Mount - Dual Review
GPUs: Gigabyte GTX 670 SLI                     HDD: 1TB WD Black                                PSU: Corsair AX 860                               Beyerdynamic - Custom One Pro Review

Still don't know clear what it may be, but seems that when i but new motherboard in and new grafic card that buffering/freezing effect has gone and pc works like normal agin.

Yeah i personally don't recommend asrock mb, my new mb is GA-990FXA-UD5 and grafic card is GTX660-DC2T-2GD5 :)
