Orbweaver Soundboard?

So i have this dilema.

 

I dont own an Orbweaver, i can cant personally see any use to have all of the extra buttons BUT there is one thing that i could possibly take advantage of. Is there some software that allows you to bind small .wav files to the buttons on the device so it can act as a type of soundboard?

For me to currently be able to do this i have to use a copy of Virtual Audio Cable to play sounds back through my mic and then use Foobar 2000 to output through Virtual Audio Cable, a process that is inefficient and simply not practical as it requires you to step in and out of games not to mention holding the mic button down continuosly.

How i would like it to work is:

I have a folder of all my .wavs that are then bound to the keys on the orbweaver.

When i press a specific button the sound then plays through my microphone automatically.

I also want to be able to hear the sound as it plays through my headset and i also want to still be able to talk at the same time that the sound is playing.

 

Now its something that has questioned me for a long time, but i think it would be well worth the purchase of the Orbweaver if someone could advise me as to how this can be done (If it can be done) or how i should go about trying to do this myself.

From what I understand, you want to set up a soundboard on the Orbweaver to play sounds into in-game chat. This is a pretty impractical use, especially for the price...

 

But I'll look into it and hopefully get back to you sometime today.

Thanks for that, I haven't really looked into pricing but I think having a soundboard Like this would be quite valuable and worth the price, obviously I won't be limited to just this so if I ever run into another use it will always be there.

At the moment, I am looking in to using the same stuff you have, but adding software that will allow two mic inputs and running the Orbweaver as macro commands that will execute everything necessary. Will update later, probably in about 10 hours.

Hmm it would be quite a hassle if i had to run virtual audio cable and the likes constantly, the background CPU usage clocks up quite a bit but even if that is an option i guess it still makes it possible so i wont deny you finding me how to do it that way.
