Budget:850$ (i know the link is 900$ but if anyone could help me down size the expense it would very helpful!)

grab the os of g2a, if you can't afford the extra cost drop the hard drive for now

He just said his budget is 800$ why are you recomending a 937$ build then?

 

@KRImSIN You could probably drop the optical drive for a small cut, as long as you have access to another computer you can download a tool from microsoft that let's you install from a USB drive.

Another place to cut down on costs is the CPU cooler... Try looking at DeepCool or some other brands for some cheaper stuff...

But your build has so many errors like usb 3.0 motherboard but not usb 3.0 chassis and the case does not have enough room for gtx 970.

you use the 3.0 off the mobo and remove some hard drive bays... not that hard....
