intergrated cpu graphics?

How good are the integrated graphics on an  intel i7 4790k processor? Is it near the quality of a xeon of a lower price and a graphics card? Are there any disadvantages or advantages of integrated graphics?

intagrated gpus are only there for browsing the web, igpus on i7s only get useds as back ups for failed gpus, and xeons dont have igpus (this may be on the high end ones im not sure)

i am buying a new rig, using it for editing and 3d rendering and my budget is as far as i think its worth it (decent clock speed, quad-core). my total budget is around 1000 dollars

I wouldn't even consider Xeon for gaming they are quite expensive and having that many cores and threads doesn't really benefit the gaming experience that much, it depends more of your dedicated GPU.
