I have found all of the parts that I am going to use for my mini itx build on amazon. Its all for £925 and I want to do some gaming, streaming, recording and editing on this machine and also I live in the UK.

And 750W is way way way too much, that build will be lucky to pull 400W from the wall under full synthetic load. Go for a 550-600W PSU instead.
