New Build-First time

Hey guys well this is going to be my first custom build pc and would love some suggestions for parts for the build.

 

The purpose of the system mainly will be to do work on this work involves video editing, using flash and Dreamweaver. 

 

I also want to be able to hop onto some games such as BF3, BF4 , Far cry and dayz without having any problems in regards to frame rates. i think around 60 fps is where i want to be but not much lower. Im going to overclock the parts and it needs to be a haswell build as ive been holding off for a while and keen to wait for the new chips.

 

Im from the uk and have a budget of around £1100/ $1650 dollars

Any gtx 770

i7 4770(non k if your not overclocking)

16gb ram

1tb hard drive get a better one if you want to 

a mid range z87 motherboard which is about £100

Evga 650w power supply

some crappy old dvd drive

If you want to then get a gtx 780 but they cost more so keep that in mind.

Do you know a good z87 mobo ?

I need one for my build, but don't know which one to get..

Probably something like a Crucial M4, or a Samsung 840. I'm not too knowledgeable when it comes to SSDs, so maybe another member can give a better recommendation.

i think it would be better if you got better other hard ware instead of a ssd. They have faster speeds but you will care more about how you game and render speeds. The case i recommend is a Nzxt Phantom, the 410 or the 620.
