Windows 8.1 Problem with folders

I just installed 8.1 and started changing the locations of the shortcuts in the explorer to my DATA drive where I had them in 7 and probably from me mistyping something it made a Music folder off of the downloads folder. If I try to re-locate either of them it switches the other's location too.

In my This PC view I have 6 folders, Desktop, Documents, Pictures, Videos, Music and... MUSIC?

If my future replies get heated keep in mind that I seem to just have lost my entire 100gb music library.

I know, that's why I said I probably mistyped/misclicked something at some point. Also that is exactly the problem.

You should be able to rename and change the location to this C:\Users\[user name]\Downloads

 

Edit: Ah I see what you are saying now, hmm that's really odd.

Update: I found everything from A to D in the Recycle bin, up to 10gb. Seems like that's where it all went except the limit seems to have caught up with the folder size.
