2x 45mm would be enough, but if you have the space you can go with a 60mm and lower the fan rpm.

I will be using an Arc Midi R2, can fit an 60mm in the front and a 60mm in the roof, both in push pull, but i will only be using one set of fans and also don't want too much radiator in the case as I will be using the new Gigabyte z87 OC X board that looks relay good and i want to be able to see it.

to make room at the top to show off the MOSFET cooler, you might get away with

the XT45 240 and roll with the UT60 240 in the front. push/pull isn't necessary

unless the fans are weak in static pressure or they are loud at a low fan speed

(600-1000rpm) for alphacool radiators.
