Help Driver updating mod

Hi everyone, I've got an laptop (Hp DV6 3102sl) with an mobility radeon HD5470 (the 512 mb version) and I play a lot of BF3 and It's very laggy.

I wonder if there is any tweak or mod to update the driver of my video card(that is blocked to version 8.771) and the game performance will benefit from the Update? 

PS. I know about radeon mobility modder but is not devoloped and my card is not supported.

Try the latest Mobility driver, Mobility HD5400 series is in the supported GPU list.

I will try it, thanks for letting me know this I've lost the hope that amd made drivers for my card

PS I'm playing on 1280x720 ultra low no motion blur and It still lag on metro outside.

another question the performance could increase if I upgrade to an i5 540m from an pentium p6100 or the gpu will bottleneck it anyway ?

I've just got a BSOD while updating the driver now i've deleted all the folder created and i try again.
Any ideas why this is happening ?

Now everithing it's ok, to solve I've just deleted all the old file and restart the installation I will test the performance soon thanks again
