Is it worth it? buying bracket and AIO....

Yes, absolutely.  It mainly depends on the card, but if we are talking about an R9 290 / GTX780, you will be spending $80-$100 and getting 40-50C temp drops on the R9 290 and 30-40C temp drops on the 780.
