Anyone use addgadgets?

brownninja97

They are awesome, show cpu temps usage etc, gpu usage temps all that jazz. Get it here, this is better then cpu z as is always there if you want it to be.

Also if your stuff goes over 80oc all the time then change the alert for the gadgets as they will do a beep to warning you of the temperature.

Only gadget I'm using is for cpu and ram usage %. I monitor my gpu with afterburner and cpu with realtemp. Asus thermal radar is also beast for monitorin any temps on my motherboard.

The addgadget uses less ram and i like looking at the right of the screen but its down to preference as i normally use that button at the bottem right of windows.

I've been using that for a while now, I use it to monitor my CPU, GPU, drives and network traffic and it does come in handy. For some reason it can't monitor my CPU temps any more, this happened when I started messing with an overclock. Even if I re-install the PC meter or core temp extras it won't work now :(

PC Specs: i7 4770k @ 4.3Ghz 1.165v, Corsair H100i + 2x SP120 PE in Pull, Asus ROG Maximus VII Hero, 8GB Kingston Hyper-X Genesis 1600mhz, X-fire Sapphire HD7950 3GB OC Dual X Edition, Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium - Fatal1ty, 60GB OCZ Agility 3, 120GB OCZ Agility 3, 480GB Seagate 600 Series, 1TB WD Caviar Black, Corsair TX850, CM Storm Trooper, Win 7 Pro. Peripherals: Microsoft Sidewinder X6 Keyboard, Logitech G700S Mouse, Sennheiser G4ME ONE Headset, Logitech Z-5500 5.1 Speakers. Phone: HTC One M8.

Might have done, but I'd be surprised if I have, I'm a real temp freak, I've always had really aggressive fan profiles. Even when I ran prime95 on my 4ghz overclock the h100i pump temp never went above 45 degrees C (I do realise that the CPU itself would probably be higher than that, but not more than 10 degrees).

I did for windows 8 But my OC video card never goes above 82c which I am happy with. Plus I wasn't sure about 3rd part widget on windows 8 seeing as I don't have a antivirus.

Its safe, was recommended by some pc magazine which my mum randomly got me. I dont think they would recommend an untrusted website.
