System keeps dying..drive issue?

I have had a nice running system for awhile now, but recently I've run into a big problem.  Some how my drives keep getting corrupted.  While in the I was logged into my system doing some work I start noticing some errors and when I click on programs they refuse to start up.  I figured it wasn't a big deal so I rebooted only to find out Windows can't boot and is trying to fix drive errors.  It then reboots over and over again and fails to ever actually start.

Just to be clear I am not looking to save data or anything I have back ups, but I don't want to deal with this again.  I want to figure out why this happened.

This happened to me twice by the way.  The first time I was running RAID 0 with 5 SSDs and the second time I was running a RAID 10 with 4 SSDs.

I did a fresh install on monday of windows 8 and it worked fine for 2 days.

I have this motherboard

These SSDs

Everything else seems to be working fine so I am really out of ideas and would appreciate anyone that can offer some help in debugging this issue and give me some advice on what I should do.

I would like to run my RAID with all these SSDs I bought, but this is a machine I usually use for work and gaming.  I will just build a new system if this motherboard is crap, or what ever please let me know.

Thanks

Who. I've never heard of anything like that.

I'm suspecting the onboard RAID controller. Those're known to be bad. Not THIS bad though.

IS there a BIOS update, maybe? Otherwise try to contact the manufacturer, because I do not believe this to be anything else.
