Save up more money if you can. Anything you build with that low of a budget will likely be disappointing. Especially for gaming. That and you need a case. Other than that the only issue I see is an AMD cpu, a lack of an SSD, and a bad power supply.

I went cheap at first with an AMD APU and even with a "discrete graphics card" I had horrible frame rates, with a 4690k and the exact same graphics card, everything was just peachy. Save up, get a decent cpu, that graphics card should be more than fine for most games at 1080p @60Hz (I think). Also get a better power supply, at the least an 80+ gold. I always recommend a 750w for room for future upgrades. Other than that, the best thing you can do is get an SSD for the OS and a few games to speed up loading times. Also you don't need 2133hz memory, 1600 or 1866 is about all you need for gaming.

Spend slightly more money to begin with, so you wont have to spend even more in the future. at least thats what I've learned.

GUI is better than Command Line Interface.

Dubs are better than subs
