400W would be enough, especially considering the GPU and CPU are never going to be running 100% simultaneously unless your hobbies include running benchmarks. 500W is preferable.

 

Also, EVGA doesn't have any good 650W units. The only ones they have are NEX and B1/G1 (rebranded NEX) units by FSP, which aren't very impressive. I would prefer the Corsair CS650M over an EVGA 650W.
