Looks good to me, only think I would change is the 4770K to a 4790K, and a Z97 board, such as the Asus-Z97A or MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Intel Core i7-5820K (4.4 GHz) | Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming | Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB  | 2x 360mm Custom Loop (Noctua iPPC) | ASRock X99 Extreme6 | Samsung 840 EVO 250GB | Fractal Design Define S | Corsair HX750 | Windows 10 | Corsair M65 RGB PRO | Corsair K70 RGB LUX (CherryMX Brown) | Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro & Creative Sound Blaster Z | Nexus 6P (32GB Aluminium) | Check out my setup: Project Kalte Here!

Assuming that you are using this for gaming and have a ~1300 budget, I would:

Get a corsair cx500m (all you need even if you go SLI in the future)

Get a cheaper processor and upgarde to broadwell later

Look into a seagate 7200rpm 1TB HDD as I have had the HDD you want to use fail on me

Maybe reconsider the Mobo as it only supports two-way SLI

Get an Intel SSD as they are less prone to fail

Want a good game to play?  Check out Shadowrun: http://store.steampowered.com/app/300550/ (runs on literally any hardware)

another 12 core / 24 thread senpai...     (/. _ .)/     \(. _ .\)

What do you guys think about this build.

I could also go for 2 way sli

If you're gaming, you don't need an i7. Get the haswell refresh, it's more OC friendly. Don't you want the S340? An MX100 has better price per gb ratio than the hyperx 3k.
