I purchased F.E.A.R on a Steam sale some days ago and finally got around to installing it, is there any way to stop the game from trying to reset my resolution from 1080p to a lower resolution when I put all graphics settings to max?

They game says it's not optimized for 1080p or something even though i'm running a:

GTX 780

16GB RAM

i5 3570K 3.4 Ghz

Any fix for me?
