OK.... Thank you to everyone who impacted my desicion on this build. What i did was upgrade to a 970 and i lowered my case down some 40 bucks and got back into a comfortable $672 price range.

I have 770's and personally would recommend them, especially for a future sli upgrade!  I would however recommend looking at the 970, especially when EVGA releases a SC ACX version!  They are great cards.  Also, the 970 Asus Strix is great!  If you do decide on a 770, I would wait to see if you could find a sale eventually, with the release of a new GPU of course!
