I don't know man ebay has some bs when it comes to money. For example I sold something and was charged the ebay fees ($8). Well turns out the guy didn't want the item, he thought I shipped to the UK when I did not. I gave him a refund, ebay gave me the fee back. It was put into my account, great you think! Well not so much. See you can't actually use the money in your ebay account aside from selling fees. You can't actually use it in combination with paypal to buy something. Kinda disappointing but eh, just figured I would transfer the money BACK to my paypal account. Well can't do that either. At least not without calling customer support. 

 

It is a bunch of bullshit that I have to go through that hassle to get my money. It's been over a year and that money is still on my ebay account. I just can't be bothered to deal with customer support just to get it back.
