Hello Forum,

I just found a notification that a device couldn't install a driver. I click on the notification and try to have it try again and it doesn't work. I hunt down the device in device manager and it lists it as an "Other" device. The picture attached gives more detail than I can explain. I circled some information that may help but I have no clue what this device could be and any help would be greatly appreciated. To be clear, I keep my computer up to date with Windows Update and Live Update 6 so, to my knowledge, all my drivers and software should be up to date.

Again, thank you to anyone who can be my savior.
