If you are taking about closed loop liquid coolers then you have a wide selection. 240mm and bigger would be a good choice.

Air cooling is also an option. A large tower heat sink is a good idea.

The other option is a custom water cooling setup with cpu and gpu blocks.

If you want to get a custom loop you can look at EK for water blocks but if you want a AIO liquid cooler for your graphics card the best option would be to get the NZXT G10 adapter and a compatible AIO liquid cooler and cool it that way.

More info - NZXT G10 http://www.nzxt.com/product/detail/138-kraken-g10-gpu-bracket.html

You're likely going to run into problems with that GPU, a vast majority of water blocks are designed for use with reference cards, fairly confident the MSI GTX 970 is not a reference design. You would need to contact the block manufacturer to confirm that if you got one, it would be compatible.

Aside from a completely custom loop you could look into the Swiftech h220x. I would add an additional radiator to the loop if you were going to throw the GPU on it as well.
