hey all. I,m planning to build a pc in a couple of weeks and i want to see if you guys have any suggestions for a build. So i'm spending around $2500 - $2600(au). I live in the Australia and hope to include the new GTX 980 in it. The main purpose of the pc is to game and that is it. please include a monitor in the build as well. there is no need for peripherals. Thanks.

If you're gonna do sli get a decent powersupply... something something 1000Watt.

That's overkill. Maxwell don't need high capacity PSU since it doesn't consume high wattage.

Cpu cooler to expensive get silverstone AR3

Mobo is way overkill, get like asus z97c

then get 512gb SSD mx100 is good :3

CPU cooler is cheaper than H100i. Better cooling.(might need to swap the fans with corsair sp)

MOBO can be used for very high overclocks, game optimized soundcard(works for me), better build quality and other cool features than the z97c. Bang for the buck IMO(but a gaming 5 can also be an alternative)
