I have a PowerColor R9 280, up until about a day ago everything was great. Speeds, Ocing easily, and the temps are really good (that was a surprise for me)

 

Now im getting some horrible coil whine, so bad i can hear it in the other room! Granted i have no sides on my case at the moment to deaden any noise but still, and i thought my Corsair 120mm High Static Pressure Fans were loud lol

 

Will i be able to RMA this card for the extreme coil whine?

Eh, I think so. Technically making too much noise indicates a fault in itself.

Will you be able to RMA it for that? Possibly, it wouldn't hurt to try.

Other than extremely loud and annoying whine, the card has performed great for the price. Ill see what PowerColor has to say. Anyone whith experience with PowerColor  support?
