Will R9 280 support DX12?

I want to upgrade my PC with R9 280(w/o X), cause in my local store they are cheap. But will it support DX12 or i should pay 50Euro more and buy a R9 285 for DX12 compatibility?
And the second question: What is the difference between DX11.1 and 11.2?

By the time DX12 comes out, this will probably be a moot point.

It will probably have some support, but I doubt that you can buy a GPU today that will give you full DX12 support.
