Actually around 70 is good, but it is not the power that goes in, but the heat that is read at the core.

Uhh. Vcore is the voltage going to the CPU, voltage doesn't have a temperature.

 

Core temps of 70 on what cpu?

Show us a screenshot of what your looking at. Seems to be some confusion on what your asking. This will be the simplest way to get the correct answer.

with H220 to cool it, and at full load

 

The thing is Asus thermal radar say one thing like CPU temps is 57c but realtemp show 64c. In Thermal radar the reading for the vcore is 64c

 

does that mean the CPU overall is a 57c but the core at 64c.

Asus Thermal Radar will be reading core temps, you are correct.

Realtemp will be reading what we call the Socket temp. (aka how hot the CPU Socket is getting on the motherboard)

 

Vcore is how much voltage is going through the CPU, nothing to do with the temps.

So the figure i look at in my screenshot would be good temps for that kind of load ?
