hey im trying to get my build to be as cheap as possible, but still be able to play most games on ultra at a decent fps heres the first, a gigabyte radeon r9 280 windforce https://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-video-card-gvr928wf3oc3gd and heres the second, a powercolor radeon r9 280 turboduo https://pcpartpicker.com/part/powercolor-video-card-axr92803gbd5t2dheoc which is better? and how much better? also if theres a better deal on a different card please let me know. thanks a ton
